No. It looks very similar to my delica which is my edc but the brs one is H1 steel and the delica is vg10 and from the info I gather the Vg10 is actually better than the H1 as far as corrosion resistance. Seems like a hefty price for the Mr chili logo. I guess maybe if your a collector

I also like Spyderco’s compression locks these days.

That is a poor price for something that can easily be found at a number of retail outlets. For example, you can get a plastic handled, stainless steel knife in the sporting goods section of Walmart for less than $10.00.

Just clean after use.

That's a $20 dollar knife all day.
Slap a logo on it with a laser etch and charge $150? Insane!

i believe the model they use is the salt2, so you're right on that H1. nonetheless sypderco has some good lasting knives.

I don't know, it's just the feel I love about Spyderco. Their knives are excellent quality, affordable, and just feel good to use, IMHO. I love US made Buck and Case also. And for cheep, I just picked up this CJRB Hecrare for like $40 on Amazon. Sure, it's made in China, but it's a great little EDC.

Again... How much did your lights cost? And are you able to carry them in your pocket, ready at a moments notice to build an emergency shelter and start a fire to save your bacon when you find yourself suddenly lost in the forest? Or can they perhaps open that box from Amazon containing the Sicce pump you ordered?

Small price to pay for such security.
