if you look at the pics you can see everything for my refugium underneath the blocks i can see what looks like detritus should i take the denitrate out as well?
What are those blocks?

Yes getting out as much detritus as possible will help. But feeding less will help more.

there is copepods and other lifeforms living in those so im kinda worried i will kill my whole ecosystem by shaking it up and removing everyhting

Have you checked to make sure your replacement water is zero nitrate?

Could there be something in the mixing container boosting those levels?

its from a starter kit from marine depot there smaller versions of a marine pure block

What salt mix are you using and what brand/type of test kit?
Instead if just carbon, use chemipure blue which will knock down nitrate and phosphate
What is your salinity and PH readings?

Depends what's there. If there is piles of garbage there is worth removing. If not then not so much. Pods I wouldn't worry about though. They are everywhere and will always come back.

I was in a similar boat. No matter what I did, I could not get my Nitrates down. I would do a water change, the Nitrates would drop in relation to size of change, then next day would be back where we started. As long as your corals are doing fine, I would not worry about the numbers too much. Many people run high nitrate tanks no problem as long as inhabitants are doing well.

in the morning i will take out all the blocks and clean up the sump then ill do as big a water change as i can should that be good i just want the coral im getting to do well its weird no other coral has shown signs of irritation

for me its piece of mind that im doing it right lol whats your nitrates running currently?

Very good salt and I would get a second reading and verification of your salinity to confirm you’re not getting a false reading

thats where mine is at my tank is almost a year old so before everything gets settled in the tank i wanna have parameters at where im happy with
they used the saltwater master test kit as well as a stick to test the nitrate

Having good parameters is certainly valuable, but there are many thriving tanks with slightly off parameters. I went down the nitrate rabbit hole for months and personally discovered no ill effects at this level.

im gonna try and reduce it to a level im happy with i think its piece of mind as well as adding new fish and coral will make the acclimation process easier

Never answered about your fuge.

I pull out about this much caulerpa from mine every 3 weeks or so along with 40g water change. My system is about the same size as yours similar fish load. This is my only nutrient export aside from skimming and my nitrate is always around 5. Po4 now that's another story.

I feed frozen food several times a day, no rinsing. And dose acro power on dosing pump 4 times a day.
