Congratulations - it will be fun to see what this turns into!!! Cheering for you!

Interesting project . I hope you take several pictures of this build along the way . What's your plan on putting the glass together ?

Good luck with this Adam !

Times like these it would be nice to have Pete around. He lives quite close to Randy and went through this already with his 500. His insight on the process would be valuable.

pete would have built a 1200 Gallon tank out of concrete in my basement in 2 weekends lol. That guy knew his construction thats for sure.

Wow. When you said you were building your own tank, I didn't realize from scratch. Solves the issue of getting it down the stairs. When do you plan on putting it together? I'd love to come observe the process / help out, maybe even set up a time lapse if you are down.

Local hobbyist is assembling the aquarium for me. I don't have the stones to tackle a build this large myself, but I do plan on keeping a close eye on the process. I'd love to build my own frag tank.

Hoping to start assembly soon. I'm meeting up with the builder at Mike's 1 Year Anniversary get together on Sunday.

Shootingto have it ready for salt water vebefore christmas.
