Something coming out of carpet nem

I just noticed my skimmer going a little nuts, and I saw this (see video) coming out of my new. The water is cloudy too. I had a mini tank crash, a week ago and I couldn't figure out the culprit. I'm getting the same indications again now.

I fed it a couple of days ago. I basically had a pretty bad bacteria bloom, that made my skimmer go berserk. When I would turn the skimmer off, my fish started to act like there was no oxygen. I ended up doing water changes for two days, changed my carbon media, and it got back to normal.

Looked completely normal during the day, its about 6in across when its flat.

i also think looks normal ,they open and close often,how heavy is your bio load,do you have a full tank pic,have to ask type of skimmer?

Looks like it could be a partial stress spawn, but hard to tell.

How deep is your sand bed? Haddoni like to have a bed at least 3" thick. 6" is ideal.

Its about 3in where he is. Everything seems to be back to normal now.
