Something different looking on my RBTA

There is this red looking ball thing on one on my red bubble tip. Idk if it is a deformed tentacle. Or maybe one that got hurt and never heeled right? Any thoughts or anyone ever seen anything like this before?

Pooping? That's what it looks like to me due to deflated condition of nem.

It's not I I know what poop is and it always beflates when my lights go off I seen it when it was puffed up and it was still there. And it's not by the mouth more round the edge
