Looks like a vermetid snail.

Can't say for certain since it's a bad photo, but please look them up and see if they match!

I'd get rid of it asap

Also, what kind of zoas are those? Looks nice!

Thank you - I honestly have no idea what they are called. Bought them at my lfs

I second vermatid snails. Grab a bunch of bumble bee snails and throw them in, they will eat them.
