Something growing on live rock?

Hi! I've noticed something growing on the live rock recently. It looks like groups of grey tubes or eggs. Does anyone know what it is? Many thanks.

May be nerite snail eggs. Images very fuzzy/cloudy
Is this tank at or near a window?

I will try get better picture. Tank is opposite a window (about 3meters from it)
