Looks like aptaisa kill it and remove it before it spreads throughout your tank.

Thanks for the quick replies. I took it out, dipped it in a coral dip and scrubbed with a tooth brush. I read the article, do you think what I did will kill it or remove it? I can't see it anymore but it could just be retracted.
