Something growing on rock?

Can someone please ID this? It closes up really small, almost invisible, if you get close to it but opens right back up. Any idea on what it could be?

Could use a good close up but can be either majano anemone or ball anemone but hard to tell.

Dinos are the result of nutrients bottoming out. It's algae like and can harm coral.

It’s weird because the lighting doesn’t look blue in real life but only when I take a pic. I’ll try again in the morning when the lights are at the brightest!

Oh no. I hope not. I’ve noticed some algae but didn’t think it was bad. How can you tell whether it’s Dino’s or regular algae? I’ve been fighting high phosphate levels for a few weeks but finally getting them down. My nitrites and nitrates have been pretty low but not zero.

White light photos will help. Dinos only show if nutrients bottom out. If they've always been high then it's likely something else.

I don't think its a feather duster. Looks like an anemone of some type like Vette said.
I'd remove it before it spreads.
