Something in my chaeto

Can anyone identify whats living in this chaeto?

I was going to give it to a friend but now im afraid of i have pest or something he doesnt want.

Looks like the common amphipod.

I would need to see a picture of the full body to be sure but it seems tanaid shrimp have been very common to find in chaeto. They can look similar to a gammarid amphipod but there are some differences. Both are scavengers but some tanaid shrimp can eat pods.
