Something in my LR

The rocks are about 8 months old in the tank and I see something growing, looks like tentacles. Should I remove / brush it off? Attaching picture, Can someone help ID. I see the same in one other rock too.

Sponge or tunicates, both are harmless filter feeders. I have a few different varieties in my tank.
