Spotted this in the lower left corner of my sump. Has worms of some kind all inside it and what looks like very small shrimp could be babies i guess but not sure.... Thought maybe someone could help me out with it.

Have no idea what that is! And I won't be sticking my hands in my sump any time soon!
Following, want to know if any one knows what it is...

that is a sponge that has marine worms underneath. Completely normal to have in the sump or in the tank. Amazing what things grow the sump though.

Thank you guys for the fast replies. What should I attempt to do with the shrimps ? They are very very small and all around this thing. Looking at the full sump pic I posted you can see it in the lower left corner. Return section of the sump. I have many different types of shrimp in my display so I have no clue what kind they are.

In all likelihood, the 'shrimp' are probably a type of pod. They won't harm anything and are a food source for your fish in the DT.
