Is it a type of hair algae in the pic it is the dark spot of fuzz tucked in the rock by the coral

Looks like hair algae right now, is it fuzzy in person? Does it come off easily?

Looks like hair algae. I actually leave a little growing here and there. Most likely detritus getting stuck in the crack as well.

I haven’t touched it due to fear of spread looks real fuzzy kind of dark brown what do I do

You can use a toothbrush to clean it off during a water change. Snails can help, but it needs to be kept short for them to eat it. I would use a target feeder to blow off the rocks periodically to help it down on available detritus for it to feed on.

You can also skim a little wetter and if you've got a refugium run it a little longer, just watch nutrients so they don't drop too far for too long
