Something is off about my hammer

Can anyone tell me if something is wrong with this hammer? I just noticed it and never saw it before. It’s in the middle and white.

So far just looks inflated and flesh is thinned out. But more pics might help.

Ty. I just took more pictures this morning. Actually it’s grown from 1 to 4 heads. I took the pictures. Please let me know.
