Hi all, have kept sea apples for some time but recently added a spiny pink sea cucumber. I feed nanno and tet phyto daily, about 150 mL per day from my cultures.

Recently, some puffy, white tissue has been coming from the spines of the sea cucumber, as if something is picking. Have attached photos to give you an idea

I have 6 tangs, 3 clowns, 3 bangaii cardinals, 3 scat, 3 yellow fusiliers, 1 redtail filefish, 1 bristletail filefish, 1 purple dottyback, 2 chalk bass...

Any thoughts on who/what might be picking at it? Or do you think something else is going on?

Thanks

The file fish would be a suspect. What's the inverts in tank

Yeah. My guess as well :/

Snails, a couple hermit crabs, a pistol shrimp, and an rbta

Fish wise there is a tarry blenny who like that perch as well
