Something just spawned in my tank.

Clownfish, hermits, nassuras snail, and may have lost a coral banded shrimp it as disappeared, pin cushion urcin and few other corals. I just put AI Prime light on lastweek and have my light cycle constant now I have read that it encourages spawning. But I have also seen a bristle worm in thier that I try to catch but never can and have also seen some other type of worms that are clear with like a black line or guts lol.
How do they swim? Do the wiggle? Do they swim like a fish?
Some thoughts would be epitokes or maybe mysid shrimp.

Shine a flash light and see if they're attracted to it.
Look at this video and fast forward to 3:00 and see if that looks like them?
Sounds like epitokes, they are part of polychaete worms reproductive cycle.
Sounds like a whelk....I would remove it if that's what he is. They are predatory.
