I had a hawkfish that nipped at my clownfish and I’m assuming ripped the ones fin. She swims a little funny now but seems to be healthy other wise. However, tonight I noticed this white stuff on her lower fin. It wasn’t there this morning. Not sure what’s going on?? Hoping it’s not ick. Should I remove her? What should I do please help!

I would put it in a QT system and treat it for ick but before you put it in I wouldn’t keep those two together my hawkfish kills and eats anything smaller than him.

I just pulled the hawk and put him in the sump. I’ve been avoiding because I knew I’d have to tear the tank apart to catch him lol. But thank you. I also just checked the clown again and realized it was a piece of sediment on her fin and it’s off now. Definitely over reacted but I’m going to continue to monitor her

I think there was smthg odd with Fins role in the last Star Wars. Had about 10mins in the whole movie
