Something on blenny fin

Hey everyone.
I’ve posted about this blenny and he seems to be doomed but I’m still trying.
I was watching him and now he has a spot or something on his fin. Looks brown but closeup looks like a wound

Likely is due to damage to the fin. I can’t tell if it’s infected, but that is a possibility.

Could be an infection, but cancers also can look like this.
Is the fish eating? Is it showing any other symptoms?

He is eating well. He’s the blenny what absorbed his liver that we were talking about a few days ago

Oh, it doesn't look too skinny in this picture.

I should add, this also could be Lymphocystis, sometimes it looks red like this if it involves blood vessels. Same thing with cancer.

I'm shying away from bacterial infection because this seems to be a growth, where bacterial fin infections more often eat away at the tissue.

Nothing to be done if it is either of those issues, except Lymphocytis will go away on its own in a month or two.
