Something on my 6 line

There’s this new white dot near his tail is this bad or good should I remove it. It kinda looks like if you were swimming and you had like a sunburn and a small piece of pealing skin it’s what it looks like on my fish.

Kinda hard to tell from the photos. But maybe it’s sand or an abrasion from rubbing up against the rocks.

I think it may be that there are a few snails in there that like to leave a nasty slimy sand trail. Thank you
