I see that for already 1 week. The fish is active and eat well.

I added a video, it's more easy to film it.

What it can be

We need more information….
The fish is eating well, Is it breathing fast?
How long have you had this fish?
What other fish are in with it?
How does your water test?

Jay

I have this fish for 2-3 weeks.

All others fishes doesn't have this.

It became worst I think. The fish breathing fast (open and close the mouth all the time).

The rapid breathing means there is either a water quality issue or a gill infection. A common infection in clownfish is brooklynella. Do you have access to a treatment tank?
Jay

I can setup a traitement tank. But it'll take at least 3 days.

What medication can I use?

Well, that is tough to say, since the diagnosis isn't clear.

Is the fish still eating well today?
If so, I would consider dosing it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic - like Neoplex or Maracyn 1 plus Maracyn 2.

There is no antibiotics in Canada :(

I found only:
Seachem Focus + Kanaplex
Polyplab Medic

Probably starting with kanaplex + focus for food.

Kanaplex and Focus is a lot more difficult than you might think - getting a proper dose is not as easy as they say. Take a look at my medicated food article in the sticky section in the fish disease forum. There is also a medicated food calculator there.
