Something on my sps

Got this Mr Pacman. Dip did a good number on it and I'm not sure it will recover. Looked at it today and saw these. Not sure if it's actually a pest or just algae on some dead skeleton where the skin is stn'ing

Ive never seen a pacman turn white like that? Can you get a closer pic of the brown spots? How long did you dip it and in what concentration?
