It almost looks like an anemone but anyways is that hairy looking stuff beneath it anything bad?

Looks like wild frag of Radioactive Dragon Eyes and Eagle Eye zoas.
I have a wild frag of Radioactive Dragon Eyes and Fire and Ice zoas that came with a lot of Aipasia too. The zoas are fine the Aiptasia is dead.

Careful they can reproduce quickly and will sting that is why the zoa polyps next to it are closed. If you have a steady hand drop a bead of reef safe superglue over it. Common reef pest
