Something sprouting on live rock HELP ID

I need help finding out what is on my live rock.

That looks a lot like Aptasia. Get rid of it while you can if so..

Since it seems like you may have just a few, Aptasia-x should work well. There are many other "home made" remedies like covering it with Kalk paste, lemon juice, boiling water etc.
Aptasia aren't harmful insomuch as it is a problem, but... They reproduce very quickly and can become a definite nusance or downright scourge.
