Hello, I saw one of my lists head starting to leave the skeleton. The lights aren't on at the moment of the pictures, but I saw in the afternoon yesterday that it was opening normally, but every now and then I'd see part of its tissue completely off the skeleton. I'm not sure if it is actually leaving or if a pest may be involved. I won't be able to work on my tank for the next 10 days as I will be leaving town and would like any advice on how to make sure it stays alive and healthy. Thank you for your time. There's only clownfish and a cardinal in the tank.

Polyp bailout. Happens when they're unhappy with their location and usually has to do with water quality/lighting. What are you parameters?
i believe flow also has some to do with this as well. if the flow is direct and strong, it will cause the polyps to tear off the skeleton.
