I hope its not, It looks just like them to me, I've been dealing with them. fenbendazole kills them, but there doesn't seem to be that many yet, pull frag out and try to pick it off with tweezers if you can. stop broadcast feeding reef roids for a while.
I'd be more concern about that aiptasia just left of that zoa, dont try to tweezer aiptasia,
there are many ways to get rid of them but you need to carefully read through, they are tough to kill, even if you took it out and if it let one cell behind it will grow back in couple of days.
