Headed to the lfs later today and need to get something to get these flatworms under control. They don’t seem to be bothering anything...yet...but there are just sooooooo many of them. They aren’t even a mm long and appear to be a pale brown to the naked eye. The tank is small, 10g. I was thinking of some kind of small wrasse.

Tank mates- bicolour Blenny, pair of clowns, 2 gbta, gonis, alveo, turbos and coral banded shrimp

Check suitablity but scooter blenny should be ok and eat the ghost flatworms.

It is kind a lot of animals for that tank.
The corals are only temporarily in there, and whatever I put in will be re homed after he’s done his job. We have a 40g tank also and planning another tank possibly 40g too.

Before you add a fish or any chemicals to the tank you might want to get some airline tubing and just siphon out what you can first. Do this for 3 or 4 days in a row and you should be able to put a significant dent in the population.

I had an outbreak of flatworms and used a product called Flatworm Exit directly in the display tank. Reef safe and worked very well.
I was hoping to try a more natural approach, but have a similar product which will be last resort

I’m wanting something that will hold its own...my clowns and the Blenny are very territorial. So I am thinking six line or damsel. Plans changed, going to lfs tomorrow now

Had the same issues and did the same thing, worked great. Sixline wrasse works well too, pretty much any wrasse will eat them.

I had the same issue. Got a sixline wrasse. They were all gone within a couple weeks.
