Something wierd in my zoas

So this is a lights out pic with flashlight and one with flash. My zoas are all closed up but this orange thing with tentacles is growing in there. I think it's a sponge but it has these tentacles that flutter around outside the zoas in the daytime.

I'm deferring to the experts for an ID?

It looks like a sponge infested with bristle worms.
Yes there are bristleworms in there to but the orange sponge like critter has tentacles. Do sponges have tentacles? All the other sponges in my tank don't so is this some variation?

Some sponges can be branching. This one looks like it.
