something wrong with clownfish

Noticed one of clowns acting funny this morning. he seemed to be panting, sitting on bottom of tank then I noticed this coming out of his butt.

Also noticed a little white bump inside his mouth. What could this be and what should I do?? Thanks !!

Most likely an internal parasite. I personally treat with Seachem Paraguard
