I went to check on my fish this evening and I found my fox face attached to the wave maker, I quickly got him off and he’s barely alive. I have no clue what happened or if he will be ok, what should I do??

Just seeing this now. The fish is moribund (actively dying). It most likely didn't survive the night. Healthy fish just don't get stuck to submersible pumps, it was just too weak to avoid it.

The odd thing about this case is that the fish isn't breathing fast - usually, moribund fish are seen breathing really fast.

Damage control is you next option - trying to ensure it didn't have something that could be passed on to your other fish.
