What are the brown stuff on my live rock All parameters are good fish corals very healthy

Is this in a newer system? Probably diatoms, which is normal for a new tank or if you somehow had silicates or phosphate added.

Well it was a tank transfer but 3 weeks ago so? Probably diatoms??
 
It can be normal in a new tank after a cycle how old is it and how high is your n03 and p04
 
Looks like a mix of diatoms brown, the bright green coraline, and red cyano. I wouldn't worry about it. Most rocks do that before they become encrusted with purple coraline. your tank is just starting to grow algae on rocks is all. I think its a good sign IMO.
