Something wrong with my purple torch?

Hi Reefers,
I’m fairly new to the reef hobby… I’ve had this torch for around 2-3 months now and was doing fine and recently over the last couple weeks it hasn’t opened up as usual. I’ll attach pictures of how it use to open and to now. I done some research and found that they ca get flat worms so I decided to dip it and another hammer and put them back. The hammer has been fine but the torch still not. I dipped them around 5 days ago now. Please let me know what you guys think,

It looks rough. I’m not seeing any flesh on the outside of the skeleton. All your levels look okay. Maybe someone with more experience will see this and help further
