My tube anenome has been down inside his tube for 3 days now, and it looks like his tube has been buried a bit by the gravel. The first day I could see down inside the opening to his tube, and now the looks like it got covered. I know that they retreat inside to shed their crown, but does it usually take this long? Will he be OK trying to get back out, or does access to his tube need to be wide open? Do I need to un-bury him?

I've personally always burried the tube of the anemone, leaving his head flush with the sand level.

Leave him alone for now, to see what he's up to. They need to be partially buried, but he can do it himself. Let him find his way.

Those are both beautiful! I moved this once since taking the picture, and is really not a good shot, but the middle is a brilliant pink.

I gave him just a tiny bit of mysis. That should be good, right? I always feel like I underfeed him and I always want to give him more.
