Somethings wrong with my yellow tang

my tangs left eye and fin are both cloudy I’m not really sure what it is or what to do could anyone help out?

Imo looks like a baterial infection, id move to QT and watch over the fish for 24 hours. check for signs of Ick (sometimes cloudy eyes with white paches can result from pre Ick also. If you see no signs of Ick you can try and treat with meds and continue to QT until the fish makes a recovery.

Check your water parameters, such things are usually the result of poor water conditions and inadequate feeding or both.
