A few weeks ago, I realized that my water change pump was shooting electricity into the my tank. Changed to my spare sicce 4.0 pump and since then, I have had a bunch of things occurring...namely cyano and hair algae (I think).

Long story short, I was dealing with Dino's. was doing 30g water changes and such. Now, I have this, but the Dino's are gone...a good thing.

I am running gfo and would do a massive water change if I could but I can only do 30g at a time.

Any pro-tips on what I can do here?

I had similar problem and also run GFO and other things. I use my own RO water. I added a DI canister and problems gone. My water tested fine and I have no explanation, but the DI fixed things.

Yeah, I just tested my rodi with a handheld tds meter. 0ppm. I run the 6 stage brs system with dual DiResin.
