Soooo my skimmer overflowed into my sump... bad..

I was just about to walk out the door for a vacation for a few days and so I topped off my sump a little extra to make up for evaporation while I'm gone. Not thinking it raised the water lvl for the skimmer as well, 10 min later, sump is full of bubbles and the whole collection cup filled with sludge is now circulating in my tank... and I didn't have time for water change or anything else. I shut off my skimmer and walked out the door. Will my tank be ok?? I'll be back in 2 days. Just wondering if all that dry skim will affect the tank or not?? Mixed reef, 72 bowfront.

You'll probably be just fine if your collection cup is just a typical size one. The corals got an extra meal.
