Soprano and scarface paly difference

I am having a little trouble telling the difference between the two. Can anyone help me out because i am looking at buying soprano palys but I am getting conflicting image results between that and scarface so now I am unsure.

Soprano: lineaged to Zoagirl. Much more vividly colored than the scarface morphs going around, green oral disc,the yellow specks up against the dark base are much more pronounced and the skirts usually have a striped look to them. The dozens of scarface morphs going around are cool but arent as vivid, look faintly similar, sometimes have a green disc , and of course make for some entertaining for sale threads when labeled as Sopranos..

They both fall into the category of "Golden Basket Gold Zoa Morph", along with the rest of the gangster-themed zoas such as Godfather and SC Untouchable or the Triple Sec. I do know however that Sopranos are different than what are currently being imported and the original colony was imported by AquaSD, and they pretty much all melted due to being notoriously bad shippers. I believe zoagirl might have some, and Akwarius might have a morph of the original colony but I dont remember. Golden Basket is still importing maricultured rocks of similar morphs too, or at least they have been for the past few months.

I would say no. They are an awesome looking polyp and you could get them for cheap, but I HIGHLY doubt that they trace back to AquaSD's colony or any of the frags that ZoaGirl distributed.

All the ones I've been seeing called Sopranos lately lack the bright yellow and tend to be more copper colored.

99.9% you will never see a true soprano...

Its really all about what you think is cool...if it looks good get it

Lineage doesn't really bother me as it does some other people. As long as they look good to me and aren't too crazily priced, I will get them.

It's really hard to find a real Soprano. So many things are getting tagged as Soprano now. I am 95% sure Ak/PZ's Sopranos are just GB morphs.

As already mentioned somewhere else in this thread, the original Sopranos are NOT lineaged to Zoagirl. Her's are a similar (but still different) morph, that everyone is accepting as the real deal, for whatever reason.

I talked to the person on Ebay selling those and he said pretty much the same thing. Not all are the same and they come in subtle different colors and variations.

she got hers directly from aquasd. the aquasd were wild shipments. they could change in different tanks especially under led's I hear

The originals came in to aqua sd and were notorious meters. Zoa girl acquired hers from them. There was another seller here on r2r a while ago who had lineage to aqua ad.
