Sore on redline wrasse gils.

My fish seems to be doing better. Far more active and cruising the bottom of the glass looking for some substrate to dive into. He's eating decently but I would say not out of the woods yet. Gills seem less inflamed but still not great.


So my big question is, what are my next step for this fish?
Do I give him another formalin bath? Just monitor?



What about my display tank which has many more fish...
If it was a parasitic isopod would they attack more fish? What are my next steps there?

also, methalyne blue isnt a cure, its like a substitute to a biological filter if your QT isnt cycled
