Sore on tomini

I’ve had this fish in the tank for about a month. Been perfectly healthy, super fat and always grazing. Very skittish though so extremely hard to get a photo. There’s a swollen area near the pictured pectoral fin with a small sore in the middle. What do you guys think this could be?

You said the key word- skittish
Likely a small injury although pics a tad fuzzy to confirm
Keep an eye on area for signs of improvement and not infection

Tough to see much detail. As long as there aren’t any secondary symptoms like breathing fast or not eating well, I don’t think it needs treating.
