Looks like a massive Aiptasia glass anemone. Those are consider pest but the image is kinda blurry . Google it to see if that matches if so kill it before it spreads. Use tweezers at the base and put a little super glue or putting on top of where it was.

I like Corner Reef and Seascape Studio best, but I'm probably biased because they are closer.

Nah they’re the best. Seascape for fish and corner reef for corals imo.
