Yes, but this fish is hit or miss and not recommended for home aquaria. Did you do research about it before asking?

They always die, except in the largest systems (thousand gallon or more) with many large fish to feed off of. They also annoy fish in the home aquaria due to them constantly picking at them. If you want a cleaner wrasse I would suggest one from Africa origin since they are the only ones that will accept prepared foods and live long term

Please leave these guys in the ocean. Their removal has a large negative impact on natural reefs.

While Hawaiian cleaner wrasses are the most difficult species within the genus, they are not impossible. I have seen specimens thrive in tanks of a couple hundred gallons. An appropriate number of client fish is important for proper nutrition and so as not to be a pest.
Of the common cleaner, L. dimidiatus, I have had comparable success with all locations. I have had most eat prepared foods regardless of origin of Africa, Philippines, or Indonesia. This species will be fine in most cases in a 150g or larger.
This is an often said, but misapplied statement. Cleaner wrasses are vitally important to the health of fish on the reef. However, reef recruitment of cleaner wrasses occurs quite quickly at sites where they are removed. In the longterm studies done at reefs where cleaner wrasses were removed, new cleaner wrasses need to be removed weekly. Also, established cleaner wrasses are quite territorial and intolerant of other cleaner wrasses, so if none were ever removed, the specimens that try to settle on reefs that are already occupied by existing cleaners are doomed as well.
