Hello reefers, finally received the holly grail of lightning for SPS's IMHO. But found that the program to set it up the light "The ATI light studio" its only compatible with windows and we only have Apple computers at home. Do i have any other solution than buy a pc with windows to programming my lights? Please need help, running Radions G4 Pro's with the Aquatic life t5 hybrids, really nice set up but nothing like when running my regular powermodule with reefbrites, the colors and growth of my sticks its awesome using my 8x39watts ATI bulbs and reefbrites. Really impressed with the quality build from my new powermodule and can't wait to be able to programming my sun.thks

You could run Windows in a virtual machine to get it programmed if they don't have an OSX client.

https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Select "OSX Hosts" and download the dmg file, install.

Now you'll have to get a Windows 10 ISO (disc image), Microsoft offers them, simply search Google for the location. Create the VM instance inside of Virtual Box and install Windows. Once started, install the ATI Powermodule app in windows. You'll have a 30 day trial of Windows to program your lighting, then you can decide whether you want to pay for a licence or uninstall it.

Good luck!

U can use your mac, just go to the wifi and select ati fixure in the network, then u go in the browser and type 192.168.1.1, username and password is default: admin

you can also program it manually. i had a 60" before and i programmed it manually. i think it actually worked out better, some times through the computer it showed that it downloaded fine but the program was not sent properly.

thanks

Thanks for answering my biggest question with the ATI Powermodule, so it’s possible to fully configure and programming from the aluminum brick with the 5 black little buttons and little display. Any suggestions or is simply intuitive? Really appreciate it
