SOS New and inexperienced please help

Noticed a spot on my powder blue tang that looks funky was not there this morning turning to you guys for help ph 8.4 ammonia 0 nirates 0 nitrates 0 had him a week and a half and the 75 gal tank a little over a month

Hard to see a whole lot from pics. Do you have any corals, nems, urchins?
 
Can you get a closer/clearer shot of the spot there?

A little bit of new coral thats it tho also added a new fish 2 days ago that it was acting very aggressive towards at first

Pbts are nasty. Could just be marks from fighting.
 
Now theres a new spot so i dont feel its a wound also noticed a spot on my coral Beauty just the on above eye rest is stuff on tank

Its hard to see anything from those pics. I know fish are difficult to photograph. You might try to get some closer/clearer pics. It would be helpful in getting you an accurate diagnosis.

It looks like it could be early stage of ich. I wouldn't rule out velvet with the coral beauty swimming into the flow. Keep an eye on them, the next few days will tell you a lot. If more fish start swimming into the flow of the powerhead, or spots multiply quickly it could be velvet. If just a few more spots appear it may be ich. Do you have a QT setup?

Just a scracth and i only have a 10 gal tank to move them to and thats simply not big enough
