need much more info , params, FTS, water using ,lets start there.

Need more info. Full tank pic, how old is the tank, how often do you do water changes. What are the water parameters. What do you dose your tank with. Where do you get your water. This information will help others help you.

Ammonia <0.25ppm ( I lost track of ammonia, didn’t test for a week)
Nitrate ~ 1ppm
Ph: 8.14-8.05
Cal: 411
Alk: 10.55
Salinity: 1.026

Water used RODI system mixed with redsea reef salt. Keep it between 1.025 - 1.026
Change water 2-3 times a week ( cause using flatworm exit these weeks)
Dosing ESV B-ionic part 1&2
Is the harmer coral is done for good? No way to safe it?

Just turn the light on so all the coral doesn’t fully open

I would say it's gone, but don't throw it out
Hammers can start New heads after the main one dies. All of the sudden It can sprout from the side.

So can I keep it in the tank? Or I have to separate them?
That will be a question for someone with more experience. You first need to find out what happened

remove hammer ,leave duncan , what is your po4 ? are you running carbon /type of media ?
sorry if missed ,how many gal total ?

Sorry no, would not risk other corals, looks like they have growth, look good,
carbon will remove any unknown toxins ,would suggest JME.
carbon ASAP, do nothing too fast, need to get po4 test , nitrates are on low side, would not want you to bottom out .
ATM, would say hold off on W changes, alk lil high , cal ok ,WC "may" bottom out N & P, & raise alk & cal too.
carbon absorbing pad also option.
have skimmer ? running 24/7 ?

Following up here ,any changes ?
