SOS!!

My valentini puffer was hanging around the back corner and two big brown globs came out his belly. one was a little smaller but they had 2 black dots on them but I can’t find where it went to take photos. what could it be??? Should I be worried? I only have one in the tank.

No it wasnt poop it was a big almost looked like pea sized brown ball it was definitely not poop

Any photos? Is the fish eating? Breathing any faster than normal or anything else? Maybe @Jay Hemdal has an idea for us

These came out of the "belly" or from its anus? If indeed they had two eyes, then there are some turbellarian worms that have those - the parasitic ones are too small to be seen without a microscope, but there are some larger free-swimming ones that you possibly could see from outside the tank.
