These were on the rocks that came with the tank. Never saw them move at all - just noticed that they appeared to get fuzzy and when I blew on them with baster the fuzziness appeared to retract. Are these anything I need to pay attention to other than eye sores? How to get rid of?

Looks like a cluster of Sabellidae worms.

No need to get rid they are just filter feeders adding a bit of character to your reef.

No problem
