Spaghetti worm or somerhing to worry about?

I have been seeing long strings/tentacles coming out of my rock coming out of a brownish tan blob. It doesn't seem to have a hard she'll but I have not reached in and touches it. It was moving around a little bit but he must have been blown off the rock because now he is on the glass. The tentacles are not extended in the photo. Let me know if you need more info.
