So i have a desk tank a fluval evo 5, it currently has 3 maxi minis and a curly cue anemone. i have a pom pom crab, bumble bee shrimp, a red pistol shrimp (for the curly cue) and a strawberry crab. the bumble bee, red pistol, and strawberry crab are very recent but the tank has been up for almost a year now with the anemones and pom pom crab.
i do only one feeding per week so and its not even a half a small cube of mysis. for some reason i have a ton of spaghetti worms. Is there a predator i could add. i was thinking something like a peppermint shrimp to annoy the hell out of them but im done for most things that are not a fish since a fish would have to run the gauntlet anemones that are known fish eaters.

Bumblebee snails may do a pretty good job

I am not convinced bumblebee snails hunt much if anything. Yet to see any confirmation that they hunt any of the things people buy them to solve.

Anyways if you have lots of spaghetti worms then I think you still have a lot of waste. I would rinse the mysis before putting it in to reduce the amount of particulates available to the worms as the shrimps themselves are the only thing those inverts can utilize.

The most reliable predator to any pest is always you! Pulling a few out as regularly as you clean the glass or do a water change is the best way to do it. You could also trap them. The problem is that they are growing out of control only because they have an abundance of resources.
