I believe this is a spaghetti worm just curious. I sucked it up with a turkey baster and got it in a cup. It's about a 1.5" long.

Yes- Spaghetti
Part of the medusa family, Spaghetti worms do not generally leave their tube or crevices and arestationery – they belong to the group of polychaetes called sedentary worms. The hidden body of the worm is 5 to 6 inch long . They use their spaghetti tube to capture food

Just for future knowledge is there anything that can be confused for a spaghetti worm? And from what I've already read spaghetti worms are good. Won't cause any ill effects to fish or corals? Thanks for the quick reply
Confused with spinoid worm

I thought those are the little white coiled worms? But when I googled them that's not what I seen
the spionid worms usually settle in the substrate and use that one to build them tubes, have only 2 thicker tentacles and you can see them floating around catching food, and they use them go rid of the waste or small sand bits.
