Spaghetti worms yes or not? ID please!

Suddenly this thing showed up in my friend 's tank. By the way he described it over the phone I believed it was spaghetti but after seen the picture I'm not so sure. Can anyone I'd this thing. Thsnks to all.

Yep! Do an Internet image search for "sea hare eggs" and you will see piles and piles of what looks like spaghetti!
