Special grade sand okay for a diamond goby?

I have the Caribsea special grade sand, which is nice in that the size is uniform. Not too big, not too small. I want to get a diamond goby to help keep the sand sifted, but I want to make sure this type of sand wont hurt his insides when sifting. Anyone have this combo for longer term?

Looks like quite a few threads where folks used it with their gobies... no problem. All seem to say it is a good choice for them. I just ordered it myself. I was sold on the grain size and no having a flipping sand storm everytime the wavemakers went off. Here's some links:

I'm setting up a new tank and looking for some better sand, I previously used pool sand but I want to change to a good aquarium sand. I have a tiger goby who is supposed to sift sand... I want the whitest sand I can find. The current pool sand is prob. .8mm, my previous goby was a Diamond back...

1.0 - 2.0 mm grain sand - CaribSea Seaflor Special Grade Reef Sand

Questions...is this sand fine enough for a wrasse? Also, what would be a good option to turn over/clean the sand? I've got dwarf ceriths, nassarius, florida ceriths and nerites in there, but the don't seem to be keeping up with it.
